Sunday April 15 - Dexie's Game of the Week!

Hello hello!

It's Sunday, which means I get to feature my favourite game I tried this week, but first, let's check out the Daily Deal.




Snark Busters is a hidden object game where you set off on a steampunky mission to find the Snark, a mysterious creature nobody's ever got to see.  You solve puzzles, find clues and just generally be awesome.

I like the gameplay, it's simple enough to get into if you're not familiar with modern Hidden Object games.  Little clues and puzzes in the scenes help you find pieces of things you can use in the game.  Graphics are adorable, I love the bright and vibrant colours, and the soundtrack is pleasant to listen to but not intrusive.

Spirits of Mystery: Amber Maiden is another hidden object game, I picked it up during the 2-for-1 Collector's Edition sale.

You discover your royal heritage, and your mission now is to eliminate the curse on your parents and save the kingdom!  Navigate through puzzles and scenes, find clues and make your way to victory :)

Graphics are AWESOME, and the soundtrack is lovely.  I enjoyed the gameplay, it's your usual fare for hidden object games so it's not really anything different, but still lovely.
