Friday the 13th! Echo: Secret of the Lost Cavern

Heyyyy, today kind of took a lot out of me, haven't been sleeping well. So, I'm only gonna feature the Daily Deal and I'm so sorry it's late D:




In Echo: Secrets of the Lost Cavern you play Arok, a young Cro-Magnon hunter after he becomes trapped in a cave thanks to a lovely mountain cat.  You discover a lot of paintings and memories of an older mentor in the clan, and then depart on a journey into a mysterious mountain on the path to self-discovery.

Gameplay is cool, it's the exact same adventure/RPG style as Return to Mysterious Island which is BRILLIANT, btw.  Anyway, I liked the graphics and soundtrack, gameplay is simple, but the puzzles can be challenging at times.  There's a neat little tool that goes through the history of Cro-Magnon culture, but it's a bit overwhelming because it's a lot of reading material.  I think I'd get it if I weren't so strapped for cash, but it's not something I'd personally spend a free credit on from my punch card.
